At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of the purchase date. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
